Pump Design Features

Bearings:
Pump-end bearings are double-row tapered roller bearing and drive-end bearing is cylindrical bearing which offers greater stability and performance. Bearings are well lubricated for longer service life.

Mechanical Seal:
The integrated mechanical seal is specifically designed to suit thermal power plant desulphurization processes.

High Load-bearing material:
Frame plate, joint plate and cover plate are made with cast iron which is highly ductile and provides maximum load-bearing capacity.

Corrosion Resistant Pump:
Flue gas desulphurization pump is made with duplex phase stainless white iron and natural rubber. It’s highly corrosion and wear-resistant and offers a long operation lifetime.
